Week One. Saturday, February 16, 2013
 
I will start day 1 of the 3 day MD tomorrow. Today I am going to eat low carb. The reason I am starting tomorrow is because I have not been able to get to the grocery because my car is broke down and sitting at a gas station in Midway. I am having it towed today to my old house. I am picking up my new SUV in Cincinnati today!!! After that, to the grocery! I cannot wait to see what this diet does for me. I have read so many amazing success stories. Of course, there are always those who say it did not work, or that they actually gained weight. Who knows. And for some reason there are always those people out there who want to rant about how unhealthy any weight loss diet is and how stupid all those people are who successfully lost weight with the diet and for believing that it is a way to lose weight. This diet is not unhealthy. It is probably way more healthy than most people regularly eat. But anyways, I am doing it to lose weight for the summer, and I don't want to lose .5 lbs. a week after starving and exercising like crazy. Not that that is what happens, really. If I diet hard and exercise hard, I lose weight.
 
I will post my weight loss amount on Wednesday morning (February 20). It will look like this:
